I am going to start body building for one year straight, and i thought why not make a log on my progress throughout the year. I will post a new video at the end of every month on this topic. My video will just be a summary on my progress weight, size, and general talking about my training and diet. Im also going to be making some videos, on my diet im going to be on, and also ill be doing some videos of me working out in the gym.

My goal is to reach a weight of 100kg, i know its very hopefully and your probably thinking no way, but when i did bodybuilding for 4 months straight i packed on 10kg of muscle, so its very do able.

Good luck man, I was hitting the gym twice a day while I was in school. Before and after bit now with work so early in the morning I barely have any motivation to do anything when I get haha

Good luck my guy. I am about to go on a transformation as well. I just got a LifeTime membership and cant wait to get a workout routine to fit. I plan on going daily either before school or after work. Whenever to get a workout in.

Good luck, just remember you don't have to necessarily eat every 3 hours. You can eat whenever it's reasonable as long as you are getting your calories in you are fine. I'm going on training for a year and a half and have seen huge improvements too not only my body, but mind as well.

Thanks for your reply man, and yeah i know, but i kinda enjoying eating every 3 hours lol, but some times ill miss a meal lol, im only human after all.
