Hello this isnt just pc related but i didnt know where else to put it...

My Blue yeti that ive had for a little over a year has started making this terrible loud staticish sound and i have no clue why like it still works barely but its hard to hear over the crazy loud static sound...
ill edit this in a little bit with an example of the sound its making...

i should also add even when the mic is muted it still makes the really loud sound.

edit: heres a link to the sound its making

Nah, for real. Can you tell me what troubleshooting you have already attempted?

Try new cable

Uninstall drivers and reinstall.

When was last power cycle attempted?

Do you have another computer to test on?

The goal is to isolate the issue to a specific issue in the environment. Do you have a another device to test it on? This will at least tell us if there is something wrong with the cable, or yeti.

Yes, both PC and Mic for 2 minutes no power. Then turn everything back on.
