With the recent events about nuclear weapon movement, threats and, modernization of Americas nuclear arsenal, are we going back to the nuclear a arms race?
In my opinion I think we are. NK progressive nuclear threats and testing of the weapon, and Russia movement of nuclear capability missils to NATO countries borders.

I do not think this will happen ever again. With all the laws set in place for stuff like this. It will be ended before it even starts.

I feel there will always be a secret race between countries for nuclear arms, no matter what nuclear arms will always be a threat.
