Sine Line is a casual game, fast paced and fun! Tap the screen to accelerate the oscillating particle and avoid the obstacles! The longer you survive, the more you score, but the best way to play and score big is by playing with style, doing near misses, streaks and combos. Beautiful themes that are unlocked with new achievements, Have fun, Keep streaking.
The gameplay of the game is pretty straightforward. You will be controlling a ship that's going side to side and you'll have to move it as far forward as you can without hitting any obstacles. The ship will continue to move side to side throughout the whole game so you'll have to push the screen at the right moments unless you're looking to crash your ship 100 times. There are no other ships available to use in the game but I really didn't see a problem with that since I wasn't paying much attention to the actual look of my ship. There is a feature to change the color of the streak the comes out of the ship and the gradient that's on each object so its not fully white. From the first meter of your run the game will start out extremely hard but get even harder as you go along. You will be placed on a score for how far you make it and there is a leaderboards for your friends to try challenging your score. Many people think they can just set in one spot forever until they get the right moment to move, its not like that. You'll be given around 3-4 seconds if you want to stay still until you'll start bumping the walls and die instantly. The game is fast past and is extremely frustrating if you keep dying over and over again.
The games' graphics are really nothing astonishing. You have your little spaceship with a blue streak coming out the end acting as smoke I believe. This streak is able to be changed to different colors but have to be unlocked first. Then you'll have your obstacles that are all white, even the walls are white. If you make it further into an attempt you will notice it starts to make a rain effect but its barely visible. Your ship is pretty simple on the looks of it, Its mostly just a grayed outline that looks look a ship with a little blue window. A feature I liked about the game was when hitting an obstacle or slamming into a wall your ship will explode into a million blue particles almost like a firework. I wish they would have put more detail into making the game feel like a space game. Maybe have stars in the background and have the stars move downwards as you race upwards. They could have had the opportunity to make the obstacles look real such as having meteors and planets that you'll have to dodge rather than white circles and round rectangles. Some obstacles may have a little bit more detail for example further in the level you will get to spinning circles that will have a mixture of blue in them but its still not enough to make the graphics better.
Controls really confused me at the start of the game because it said "Tap and hold to move" which usually I think its hold the screen and move your finger to where you want the ship to go. But the game moves the ship side to side for you while you hold down the screen to move the ship forward. To stop moving forward all you have to do is let go and it should stop for you. I noticed after letting go the ship will still slide a bit but not that far. After a few attempts I finally got a good feel for the controls and was to hitting the high scores.
