Honestly you're hitting your body with tons of calories and sugars. That can definitely be a problem for both your weight and yourself. You should try weening off of them. I use to drink soda all the time and just stopped and moved to water and juice but have the occasional soda here and there

I would not recommend drinking that much of anything other than water.

That cant be good for you.

I have the same problem, but with Mello Yello. I could drink them all day. Sodas aren't the best though, I usually stick to my vitamin water or Gatorade. But, when it comes to soda, I love my Mello Yello.

It will catch up with you in the future, someone I talked to a while back said that they graduated college weighing 150 pounds and they used to drink sodas and eat all the time and now they're 350 pounds

Same but only with mellow yellow but I try An cut back cause it's not healthy at all ,

Try some water once in a while my dude! I used to drink a lot of soda but now water is all I pretty much drink along with some juices. It is hard to get used to but you will feel better and after a few weeks you'll kick the cravings for the Mountain Dew I'm sure of it!

Mountain dew is the best, i used to be so addicted to it, it was bad but over the years i never really went to places that sold it so kinds just stopped tbh.
