If a 'banwave' did happen, it seems like it hasn't affected my accounts. Just purchase an account that has legit stats, not exaggerated stats like master prestige with 1 day of gameplay. I'd go with a high prestige account (7th prestige and up).

My master prestige one day wasn't touched during the banwave

Good to know. I've got a Master Prestige with 3 days played, hopefully it didn't get clapped by Sledgehammer. Maybe they're looking into accounts that have been reported as boosted? Maybe.

A ban wave has not been issued. They have banned a few accounts but I don't see a ban wave until this new update gets released.
