Since I was 6, fishing has been a passion of mine. I'm always trying to find ways to get to the water and toss some line. This thread is to share my adventures with all you TTG Fishermen. I'll be regularly adding Pictures / Videos of my travels.

A little about myself,
I live in Georgia, so the fishing is pretty strong here, plenty of good lakes, a couple examples are Lake Lanier, and Lake Oconee. I fish for just about anything I think will bite, but mainly Bass and Catfish. Thus far, my personal best Largemouth Bass is 8.4lbs, and my personal best Catfish was a tiring 85lbs, which was a Flathead. I go fishing just about every weekend along with a couple days throughout the week.

I regularly use the app 'Fishbrain' to find decent lakes around me, and if you're serious about fishing, I highly recommend you get this app, as it shows you lakes near you, you can also log catches with pictures and the type of bait/lure you use for the lakes you're still and others can see them to get an idea on what to use if they go there.
+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+
MY NEXT TRIP: Reservoir 51.
I'll be doing some fishing there for about 2-3 days.
I'll be adding Pictures and videos if all goes well, if not I'll just upload some nice scenic pictures of the lake!
!This Thread Is A WIP!

My state is next door to you and I have to say fishing is strong here too. I love it especially when I catch something.

Brah thats awesome mate, this is something ive always been interested in doing as i love the nature, lakes, mountains etc.

But i never know anywhere to go round my area, if you could recommend any cool area in the UK, close to London, would be awesome.

Sounds so much fun.

Where are you right now, fishing wise? Do you use a baitcaster? Own your own tackle? Have local knowledge of lakes / rivers? Do you boat fish or bank fish?
Answer these and I'll give you some pointers and tips

On a side note, went fishing today at Reservoir 51, got a few hits but didn't catch any unfortunately. Lake was half frozen as well, started to rain pretty heavy so I packed it up and came on home.
Took a few pictures as well while I was out

(Also yes I know my spool looks almost empty, I had my line out when I took the photo)
