hello, I have just built a new pc and the only issue I have is this issue here I have tried installing latest drivers for realtek and all other drivers checked that the HD audio connector to the motherboard was fine and still have this issue.

also gpu is evga gtx 1080 sc and motherboard is msi carbon pro z270
help me with this issue please its so annoying T_T and im using turlte beach x12 headset that is usb powered and line in and mic connectors
ALSO note to the issue whenever I move the mouse there more buzzing/humming but when its still it does it a little bit and when im in a game it gets worse T_T

Turtle Beach x12 have big issues when being used on pc's when I had x12's I had the same problem try and make sure they are not plugged in next to where the mouse usb is plugged in to...That used to solve it for me.

For example mouse usb in the back and mic usb in the front or side etc.

I have keyboard and usb in the back and headset in the front I think you're right about the turtle beaches having problems I tried apple headphones and didnt hear no humming/buzzing and with the turtle beach I hear that the audio sounds normal besides the buzzing and humming and the mic works fine what could it be? On my other all in one pc I didnt have this issue it worked perfectly

Yeah bro I had nothing but trouble with my headset.... Maybe try find a pair going cheap over black Friday deals bro.
