I have a black box and the insurance is just taking the piss with the bad driving shit trying to charge £250 for braking harsh and all that crap
does anyone know a insurance that will insure me without a black box in the UK

Im with autoline, they only use an app on your phone to track your speed. Alto handier than the blackbox.

wtf for breaking hard they want to charge you 250 £ that's dumb af but I guess all you can do is pay because unless you don't want insurance you are kind of screwed

I'd just change your driving style until you can get a policy without one.
