I'm about to start ordering parts for my gaming PC, I have a list of things I'm going to order, I'm not sure about the CPU and Monitors though. Perhaps someone with more knowledge could confirm if this is a good set up for the price etc.

So budget for PC is £1200-£1300
For my monitor's it's £800-£1000
Headphones, keyboard and mouse - £200

here is what I came up with:

I really have no idea what to look for when it comes to monitor's, I'd mostly be playing PUBG, Fifa etc, the only other task I'd really use the PC for is poker.

You could get a single ultrawide instead of the 2 LG monitors if you wanted;

Would be a bit more expensive and is TN instead of IPS, but 100Hz refresh rate.

Thank you very much for that, I've used everything you suggested apart from I kept the RAM I listed and I kept the case I listed too. Thanks very much for your help I appreciate it.

Dont get the red Vengeance LED RAM, its over priced. For a little more, you can just get this;

which looks nicer anyway IMO and is RGB(trust me, this is gonna be nice when you get sick of the red).

For case, P400S is good. I still recommend the H500P because it's a brilliant case and you definitely have the budget for it, but if you're set on the P400S, go for it. That said, Id get the black version or the black/white version. Also, maybe take a look at the Fractal Design Meshify C, same price as P400S and looks a little nicer(IMO).

Actually, I just managed to have a proper look at the case you originally linked, I really like it too, so I'll be getting the H500P. I agree with you on the RAM too, so I'll be doing this build as you suggested with gskill ram.

I'm looking in to 3 monitors though, or would it be better to get two 34"??

The list at the moment:

That list is right around my max budget, So I doubt there would be enough to take out the three monitors for two 34" as they are obviously more expensive.

Id stick with the 3 monitors. 2 ultrawides will use up a load of desk space and get pretty awkward. That parts list is looking good as is.

Keep in mind that instead of adding the 3rd monitor, you could up the 8600k to an 8700k or the GTX 1080 to a GTX 1080Ti. Thats what Id personally do, and then add the 3rd monitor later but the 8600k and GTX 1080 are still super solid anyway.

I might actually go up to the 8700K, and add a 3rd monitor at a later date. I'm not going to go with a graphics upgrade as I could just add another at a later date also.
