So bacially around Jan-Feb time I borrowed 50k from my brother on ultimate team but this resulted into his EA account getting banned/locked but I was lucky enough not to get banned.
So he was just wondering if his account will be banned/locked for Fifa 18 because if it does it's pointless of me buying him Fifa

Yes it was only 50k because I remember I was 50k short of getting the sbc Payet

To my small knowledge of EA shit, (because they are shit) his EA/Origin account will be banned, so he will be banned on all Fifas.
