My computer will randomly shut off while playing games such as CSGO and PUBG, but I can watch a full movie on Netflix. I know that it's not my power supply because all the fans are working and isn't overheating. Does anyone know if this could be because of Windows itself or something inside the computer like my motherboard? Any feedback or advice is appreciated.

Something is prob overheating. try using like coretemp to monitor and see if u see something w extreme temps and that could determine your prob

What are your specs, including make and model of your PSU? What clock speeds are your CPU and GPU running at? What are your temps under load?

HWMonitor should show your clock speeds for CPU and GPU. No, I mean temperatures under load. Run a CPU and GPU benchmark to find out temps under load. Also keep an eye on clock speeds under load.
