ive got £15 microsoft balance however it wont let me use it to buy a shark card. is there any way of doing this

You tried buying it from the store on your xbox right? I would think that if you can buy COD points with your account balance you should be able to buy GTAV $ the same way.

You must be doing something wrong because it's definitely possible. Just load up GTA Online, go into the pause menu, scroll to the store tab (or whatever the name is), and just find the shark cards and buy it through there.

Yeah, I have never tried it, but it seems like it would work. Hopefully that wasn't the entire reason you got the card. I've had that happen with trying to buy backwards compatible games (Very stupid thing they did. You can't buy bc games with you Microsoft account balance).

I think you have to change your payment option and it might/should show up there with your MS balance.
