best thing to do is check with you local police station because it depends on where you live for the laws.

What if I put it on the bottom of my windshield rather than the top?

Here in Louisiana you can have a banner on the bottom sides or top as long as it doesn't affect your ability to see. I'd go check with your local police.

In PA, you can have bottom, tops, and sides as well. Just cannot obstruct views.

In UK you can have one on the top not sure about anywhere else, i only know this because my brother has one and he hasnt been pulled over yet

Update: I put the sticker on and it's been on for a full day of driving, passed 4 different cops and no problems

Usually it can't be past like 5 inches up and down I believe, if it's at the top
