I use netsh wlan hosednetwork in cmd to make a wireless vpn connection to xbox, and it works on xbox one but on 360 (RGH) network fails and internet and xb live is blocked. Please help

Have you checked liveblock and livestrong?

Have you tried going a Ethernet route? It'll save you the frustration. I had some extra Ethernet cable laying around so I just cut what I need, attached the connectors at the end, and used that for a VPN for my RGH.
