Thanks for all the feedback.

If you guys are still interested, I am now looking towards a 07-08 Acura TL Type-S. What do you guys think of its reliability considering its year and since the mileage will most likely 80k+?

If you still have suggestions, I do not mind the year of the car. As long as it's reliable and comfortable

ALSO, should I keep my dad's 2010 V6 Honda Accord with 85k and just tune/mod?

I have a base 2004 Acura TL with about 95K miles and it's a pretty reliable car. It's got a nice ride to it, it's a comfortable car and can get you from Point A to Point B with no problems as long as you take care of it.

Obviously, a Type-S is much different than a base; the Type-S has a 3.7L engine rather than a base's 3.2L engine. It's a 6 cylinder engine and it takes premium gas but the car's worth it, even though my opinion is biased. My dad's got a same 2004 Acura base TL from the dealer and he's taken great care of it and its given him a good 130k miles, the worst repair he's had to do was a transmission rebuild.
