Found a SRT-4 neon in great condition with 105k on it, also a 2005. Does anyone have insight on them?

Has a tune (91 octane, 21 psi of boost)

I had a PT cruiser GT which is the same motor and turbo and it was pretty fun to drive. I run 93 in my GTI which makes it run crisp so 91 isn't a bad choice and 21 psi of boost is pretty standard for a turbo in one of those.

Make sure they took care of it. Neglected engine isn't good for you so see how the oil looks take the sparks out and put a camera in there to see the Carbon on the pistons. If it is burning white smoke the turbo seals are bad, and give it a hard pull to see if it stalls out or a loss of power occurs.
