Nice cheap SSD I'd look into first of. Makes any pc noticeably faster when loading up applications, starting windows ect.
Anything else past that is going to be expensive. I'd look into upgrading your CPU, Motherboard and RAM in one hit. Or if you wanted to, you could look into getting a used I5 if it's cheap enough. Else, I'd say wait for Ryzen 3 and pick your gear up then.

I would highly suggest the CPU, then maybe your RAM.
All depends on the money you have to spend.

What are you trying to achieve? Do you have a budget? I would definitely recommend an SSD as #1, and a CPU upgrade if possible.
I just realized your using a 1360x768 display.. I would definitely pick up a full HD monitor.
