That maybe the problem. Should at least have those two other plugins set for the tool to work properly with your JTAG/RGH. Do you have the xex's on your PC to add to your console or no?

If you look at the Folder that the tool came in click on "Other" and then "Plugins" and in that folder you will see the missing plugins

Then just leave plugin 2 blank and set everything else.

So MW2 tool seems fkd, The corrupt a class fix jus gives me an exception error; The infections dont work as much, Dx

I know the corrupt stats fix in the local stats section works since I've used it before and he is aware of the corrupt stats fix in the ACS section not working. As for the infections, which ones did you try? I used some a couple days ago and they worked fine for me. Didn't try them all though so don't know if they are all working.
