Has happened to me multiple times for extended periods of time with:

clash of clans
minecraft
free realms
plants vs zombies
call of duty
halo
ark survival evolved
chess

some worse than others
most of the time its in my dreams, incorporated into real life situations, when I close my eyes, when I start to daydream

I've had a couple days where i would play a game for like 8 hours, and it would cause me to dream about it when I finally go to sleep. I always thought it was pretty cool!

He means to ..Go outside or something along time lines. Not play so much games.
