I see these Youtubers upload these challenges, BeardMeetsFood did 50,000 in 50 hours for 50k subs but he's done like 35,000 in one day and stuff. How is this possible without doing permanent damage or killing yourself? 35,000 is like 16-17 days worth of food all in one day. I find it very amusing but mind blowing to watch these videos because I could never do it, if I got near 5,000 calories anytime I'd feel like I'd need to throw up never mind 30,000 extra.

these aren't just fat slobs these people will go the the gym twice in the day the film they video.
They probably will eat very healthy for the next few weeks.
They don't go from 2k cals to 50k just like that they will be used to it and will build it up overtime
3-4k etc

It's extremely foolish to intake that many calories in one day and very dangerous.
To be honest, the most logical thing would be force themselves to throw up after the video is recorded so that the food isn't digested and that way almost no harm is done. Or to just lie about the amount of calories they're eating. If they're legitimately taking 35,000 calories though, then that could do serious damage to their pancreas, stomach and liver, as-well as the majority of organs in their body.
