RockstarGames have been recently hiring people with expeiance within the modding community allowing people with knowlage and possible creators of these menues to relay information back to Rockstar allowing them to take steps to prevent people from breaking the system.
New rules and checks may have been put into place and more development may have went into the anti-cheat/anti-fraud program

This may contribute to it, but the reason is because the account are modded.
It won't be hard what so ever for them to pick out the exploited accounts from the legit ones.
