ok so i know theres a certain solvent or whatever to buy to do this but i just put my new mobo in and my stock cpu cooler without any thermal paste because my new cpu cooler was arriving today. but is there anything other than the certain cleaner i can use to get this off? because i know bestbuy wont have it or any stores near me and im not trying to wait for another package as amazon had already lost my RAM sticks cpu cooler and my thermal paste........but they gave me free one day shipping on it.

I used white spirits from my local garden centre.
