Maybe for some people because they are not completely all there and might think doing things on GTA is okay to do in real life.
I remember the Mw2 mission, No Russian I think its called, the one where you shoot up everyone in the airport had to be censored I believe in some countries because of how violet it was.

Wren wrote Of course they do... it's psychologically proven that child behaviour is influenced by surroundings during growth... playing violent video games during childhood influences violent actions...

I vouch for this guy. I have been playing video games all of my life, especially during my childhood and after playing GTA as a 7 year old, i immediately stole my mums car and went on a killing rampage.

It's clear you're just another moron who either doesn't understand the term 'influence' or you're genuinely ignorant. I recommend you read the additional post I made in this forum.

Follow the shepard for it is better that you follow and copy than live a life of nothing.

I personally dont think it cause people to be violent at all more actually help the person cause you can have quick problem solving thinking you do in the game can reflect to real world issues and having good map awareness can help in driving and more

Well i believe it can also be harmful to make you violent but to let yourself get to that point i think you have bigger issues than the game at that point. Cause if you get so mad to make you want to kill someone in real life you should be worrying more on your own mental stability level than getting rekt in a game.

Probably could if the person playing the video game had a mental problem or something, other than that, no. I can't see someone going bat shit crazy and going on a massacre just because he played GTA.

I don't think it does at all,

Saying that maybe if they are very young but let's be honest,

If you can't tell virtual from reality, they you are obviously slightly mental in some way or another anyway, so I wouldn't say so
