Lets see:

32gb of RAM is completely unnecessary he'lll be playing games not doing work in Photoshop.

Two 1080's is pointless SLI in general is pointless since you only get about 15-20% performance increase. The 1080 and an i7-6700k can play almost any game max settings 4k. Doing SLI is not necessary at all.

750W power supply is not necessary you can use a 550W supply.

4 case fans ????

A $1300 monitor??? That's a huge waste of money holy shit.

It seems like you just took the most expensive things you can find and put them in a build. $150 bucks EACH for RAM? WHAT?!?!

Actually no, i was giving him the fastest stock memory i could, this build didnt really have any limits. Of course he could always change out for a slower speed of memory but i went all out for it

This build was supposed to be overkill for the start, trying to give the best conponents out there, as he said around 5k was his limit for this, trying to give him max performance. Like i said overkill, so if 5k is there to use i will use it, he doesn't have to go with every single thing that is put in here, its meant to be a no corners cut build and room left to grow. So chill

He's right (About some things). The monitor is just ridiculous. The RAM is so overpriced. You are also over his budget.
