you can now access the outfits. Load the division hub and press the button 'see in store' and then on addons right underneath play you'll see the all the individual sets e.g N.Y paramaedic pack that you can install for free. i cant see any other reason why i would be allowed to install these as i do not own the pack that you can buy and i dont have the season pass.
