Huracan wrote Why is there nothing on here about Naruto? I know a lot of people don't like it for some reason, but it is still an anime so I think it deserves a placement on the list somewhere.

Guess as the original poster I'll address this since my assistant Acty is terrible at everything he does.

When we create a self-proclaimed "anime guide", it's implying that it is clearing a path that would otherwise be vague or unknown to most people. If you're interested in anime, there is damn near a 100% chance that if you Google "anime", terrible shows like Naruto will be the first results. This information is very easily accessible, hence there being little to no reason to really address it on here. It's the same as being scolded for not involving "breathing" in a guide on how to live - even the broadest knowledge of a subject should negate the mandate to include it.

Also, we include shows we do not like. If it was up to me, I wouldn't so much as mention Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Sword Art Online, Fairy Tail, Attack on Titan, Guilty Crown, HotD, etc.

As far as "I don't agree that everyone knows what Naruto is about", I think everyone pinpoints he is a ninja and there is little to no plot points past that.

Also if we can keep this in a private message scenario, for this little discussion won't really contribute to anyone visiting this sticky.

I rested my case almost a week ago, there was no reason to respond to me. You don't have to explained your selves to me. I just thought taking a little bit of bias out of this thread would do it good. Again I say that I digress and will not post on here anymore.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Monster, Kaiji, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom, literally anything abstract and left field that would fall under your radar if you didn't keep an open mind.

I watched this shit in 2013 and it still holds up as one of the most engaging 12 episode series i've watched.

I'm so sorry. That show was painful to watch. Ending was OK but that was it.
