Given the current situation city currently find themselves in, Swansea will know that they are in need of a decent striker that can cement his place in the first team and will look to get the largest fee possible for, lets be honest, their best player.

i think 30 Mill is a fair price tag in todays market, look at the goals he scores week in week out and has done in the Prem for a while now.

I know, I thought 20m would be a fair price, dont understand the 30m.

Saw a valuation of Hazard at 99m before, i burst out laughing

If you can sell someone for 80m-90m Euros then you really do have to ask how messed up the current valuations of players are these days. Yeah Bale is an amazing footballer but 80m? never. all that transfer did was increase the value of most top tier footballers on the planet by 10m-25m

Realistically, Hazard 55m, Bale 65m, Ronaldo 90m, Messi 120m.

I wouldn't disagree with you there, also i think Arsenal have captured themselves a bargain getting Sanchez for 32m after how he has carried the team! a prefect example of an undervalued player

Surely prices should be capped since the financial fair play came into place.

No player over 100mil I think.

It will most likely be his buy out clause so that will have to be met to sign him, but i think it is a fair price.
