Nice review! Definitely considering picking this game up.

another overrated game, lemme just talk about the combat, I know that this game is stealth oriented mainly, but as for the combat, it's defenseless and utter crap, even the stealth elements do not capture the genre well, the old Thief games were really good though, and this rebooted Thief's story line is really repetitive, each mission seems to have the same setup, "get in, get the loot, save whoever, then get out", and I played on Thief difficulty and the ending was almost unbeatable, I spent a whole hour on the ending alone but played through the whole game just fine, very weird story line that doesn't tie together and the gameplay is also very weird

If you want a very good stealth game with a better story and gameplay, Dishonored or Dishonored GoTY is perfect for you, Thief however, was way over hyped
