Gameplay
Candy Crush is a fun and very addicting game when the player is on the move. Similar to Bejeweled, in Candy Crush, the player has to match up 3 or more of the same types of candy in a row either vertically or horizontally. By having a chain of 4 or more candy lined up, the player will be awarded a special power up that will have a special effect depending on the chain of the candy. These power ups would either destroy any candy that is in the same row as the power up is in or will explode, destroying any candy that is within it's blast radius. By completing a certain number of levels, a player will reach a part that will notify them to complete 3 initial tasks before proceeding to the next part of Candy Crush which proves more difficult and could make players anguish. Instead of completing the 3 initial tasks, players that have a connected social account could ask their friends to help them to progress through quicker rather than completing the 3 levels before proceeding. Players can purchase power ups whenever they feel is necessary to aid them for difficult levels.

Graphics
The graphics are very remarkable and crisp. Although a bit cartoonish, the clarity of the characters and the background when traveling to another level are astonishing for being a game featured on a mobile device. To have such nice graphics on a mobile game really makes player enjoy the spectacle of colors that are shown throughout the levels of the game. The textures on the levels are very sleek and not repetitive with the same colors featured on other levels as some levels have their own unique background to give the game an array of variety.

Controls
The controls for Candy Crush are very simple and shouldn't be a hassle even for young players. A simple touch on the screen with a finger and sliding it across the screen is all the player will be required to do. Players can use any finger that they feel that is confortable for them and doesn't alter the game in any way. Players that use special power-ups will just have to touch the screen and drag it to where they want to use it. Overall, Candy Crush's controls are very easy to understand and should cause no pain for the player's fingers.
