-ABOUT-

Doritos Crash Course is a 3D platformed were you use your xbox parkour skills to get through the obstacle course. Make you way through the different obstacle courses by your self or with friends, either way your going to enjoy yourself while your swinging from vines or dodging hammers.

-SINGLE PLAYER-

Defeat each course and move on throughout all of the countries and course's, get faster times and ultimately have fun theres not much to it.

-MULTI PLAYER-

This game is fun no matter what but even more fun while playing with friends, you can challenge your friends and race or you can defeat each course with your friends and just have a good time doing it. Multiplayer has no big flaws but I don't really like how it doesn't show your friends actual avatar it just shows a floating 2D avatar that kind of shows you were he is but it works.

-GRAPHICS-

The graphics aren't the best but it fits well with the the type of game that it is, he graphics seem like they take after a 3D cartoony type of look.

The graphics stayed the same with maybe a slight update in the 2nd Doritos crash course but they are still pretty good.

-CONTROLS-

The controls are very easy to learn and get use to, they show you in the loading screen what every button does so its very noob friendly and works for any type of gamer.

Synopsis
Experience the emotion of scoring great goals in EA SPORTS FIFA 14. The game plays the way great football matches are contested, with innovations to the award-winning gameplay that inspire fans to build play through midfield, dictating the tempo of a match.
Feel the tension as chances are created, and experience the thrill of hitting the back of the net. A new feature called Pure Shot and a brand-new ball physics system will transform shooting, making every shot attempt feel real, and when players connect with the perfect strike, feel exhilarating.
FIFA 14 delivers engaging online features and live services that connect fans to the heartbeat of the sport and to each other through EA SPORTS Football Club. FIFA 14 is football's social network, where fans connect, compete and share with millions of others around the world.

Story
FIFA 14 is a general football game. The title features a number of different game modes such as Ultimate team, manager mode and Pro clubs. Once of my favourite parts of the game are the legend cards which are special cards that will be included into the game. The players on these cards are some of the most well known footballers that are now retired, each card has special attributes based on there skills and peak performances. I like the game, but sometimes its a little too much of the same. Generally, I am not bored with it, but there are times when Ive just had enough.

Gameplay [Single & Multiplayer]

Single player is fairly straightforward in FIFA 14. Its easy to do and it can be fun if you do it right. A lot of it depends on you and sometimes its difficult to predict what will happen next, but that can also be the fun of it. With multiple players, it can be hard to coordinate things, but its also nice to have another brain with me as I play. With that, we can make plans together and carry them out successfully (most of the time).

Gameplay is great but sometimes the players can be overpowered or even underpowered. This causes some unfair advantages in the game. Another disappointing factor in the game are the market crashes. After a few months players hard work has been worth nothing.

Graphics
The graphics in this game are fairly good. I have seen better in other games, but in those games, it seemed as though the main objective for them was to have great graphics. For FIFA 14, the graphics do what you need it to do. You do get some funny images though, like a foot beneath the field or a ball travelling through a head (which is actually really unfortunate). This being said, the graphics are still very good and very realistic.

Controls
For me, the controls are doable. Theyre not easy, but they are definitely doable. Of course, this is something which must be evaluated specific to each person though because some people just cant seem the grasp the idea of anything but button mashing. In some games, those people can get by with button mashing, but for sure not in any FIFA games. You must have a good understanding of the controls to do anything effective and precision if you are going to be successful.

There are a lot of cool features on FIFA 14 and FIFA in general that many people dont know about. This video goes over a lot of them and in sufficient detail.

Synopsis:

Castle Crashers is set in a fictional medieval universe. It begins with four knights attending a party in a king's castle. During the party a dark wizard arrives, stealing a floating mystical gem and capturing four princesses. The king sends the four knights to retrieve the gem, rescue his daughters, and bring the wizard to justice. The four knights encounter several enemies along the way, including other knights, multiple encounters with a cyclops, a giant "cat-fish", and alien invaders.

As the knights progress they succeed in rescuing the princesses, and ultimately the journey culminates in a final showdown with the wizard. The knights emerge victorious from the confrontation, having defeated the dark wizard, rescuing all of the king's daughters, and recovering the mystical gem. The knights then ride the reclaimed gem through several empty battlefields on their trip back to the castle. At the castle the king brings one of his daughters for one of the knights to kiss, her face veiled.

Story:

You start off the game by selecting one of the four main knights all with their own unique moves and abilities. The green knight is a gas knight, the blue knight is uses ice, the red night uses electricity , and the orange knight uses fire. It can be key who you choose as to how the gameplay will be for you as an individual.

The story of Castle Crashers revolves around one key element, the princess... Throughout the story you will encounter many challenging enemies and bosses attempting to stop you from reaching the princess in order to save her. No it is not like Mario. It features an intriguing soundtrack to keep the players moods upbeat and happy.

The game also contains multiple mini games, such as a deathmatch where all players in the lobby fight to the death in a free for all bloodbath. As well as, All you can quaff which is a very competitive button mashing contest where the objective of the game is to be the first to finish all items in the sequence wins. Believe me it's more addicting than it sounds.

Graphics:

Castle crashers is a "Beat 'em up" side scrolling game that incorporates a very small variety of features of an RPG compared to others such as Oblivion. The game features comedic side to things and features many instances where the characters do something intended to be funny. It is an interesting spin on a usually serious genre, and is somewhat refreshing.

The developers of Castle Crashers have certainly brought back that old school 2003-2005 feel to this game. The graphics of the game are very retro and are not meant to be "pretty" but to entertain the player and provide an interesting and addicting session of gaming. The game also contains a large variety of colors and flashing lights to try and keep your attention, I would recommend turning down your brightness.

Controls:
The controls for this game are very typical for any game for various simple attacks, on the contrary it also can be annoying to have to remember combos as their are a lot of them and each contains it's own unique attack.

Additional Info:

Castle crashers is an excellent, addicting game that is a adventure with friends or playing by yourself. It features dynamic knight move sets and spells. It has an infectious music playlist and it is hard to put your controller down when playing.

The game is available for download on the Xbox Live and Playstation marketplace's as well as the steam market for the low price of $14.99.

Developer - Infinity Ward
Publisher - Activision
Series - Call Of Duty
Platform - Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4
Release date - November 5, 2013
Genre - FPS
Mode - Single Player, Multiplayer
Distribution - Blu-ray Disc
Graphics - Xbox One/360/ 720p PS3/4 1080p

-Single Player-

The single player campaign on ghosts is good but not as good as it could of been. It was the same cookie cutter routine I was used to, and it was the same routine I avoided even beginning last year. Call of Duty Ghosts offers little to reinvigorate the campaign side of the game, instead relying on graphical awe. On the positive side of things, it does achieve this well. Each mission feels just as every fan and hater describes it; a Michael Bay film. Things are exploding left and right, with bullets flying past you at every turn. The few missions that stray from this style were the more memorable and enjoyable ones, especially those that used stealth mechanics. Call of Duty really needs to look to its one off experiences as something a bit more enjoyable in larger quantities.

The environments provided by Ghosts were better then any other Call of Duty I have played. You will move between running around the streets of South America, to orbiting at a Satellite Station, back down to some underwater combat (unfortunately lacking Bond style spear guns). This really helps make the experience feel fresh each mission, but does lose its effect if you play through the campaign in one big hit (like myself). Furthermore, as an experienced COD player, I found the adventurous missions often had me frustrated due to sloppy engine physics. Especially in the underwater mission, where I found myself sliding strangely around, and bumping off NPCs that would propel me towards the surface. This was extremely irritating on Veteran mode, as lacking the twitch style movement meant more often than not I was stuck in a bad spot, with little ability to move to cover. Perhaps some scripted movement here may have made it more bearable, as I found these missions became more frustrating than enjoyable due to the sloppy combat.

Overall the storyline was better told than most. From beginning to end I knew what my goal was going to be, and of course it turned into a man hunt like all Call of Duty's have to, but I felt like I was doing it for more than the Modern Warfare reason of they're bad; get them. The game play itself made me lose any immersion in the storyline, as it simply didn't seem plausible in the current situation. Spoilers ahead, but where the hell did we pull a Carrier from? And why didn't we use this to our advantage earlier? The last few missions, with their ample supply of tanks, jets, helicopters and Aircraft Carriers, had me questioning the purpose of my lets sneak around enemy lines on foot mentality.

By the end of the campaign I was satisfied. I did enjoy the time I spent there, and even went through a second time on Veteran to see how difficult it was. I dint know if its because Ive been playing older Call of Duty Veteran Campaigns on PC, or because the game was made a certain way, but Veteran was far less challenging than I expected. My second play through was actually quicker than my first, granted I knew where to head, what button to press in the godforsaken quick time events, and where the enemies would flood out from, but it still didn't make sense in my head.

-Multiplayer-

Multiplayer is the life and blood of the Call of Duty series. It is without a doubt one of the best modern military twitch shooters, and is enjoyed by millions every year. This iteration is no different, with Ghosts changing very little in the proven formula, and being enjoyable just the same. I wont talk much on multiplayer, as its really just the changes that interest people. To put it simply, the game is fast paced, there is plenty of customisation and progression, and there is some really horrible maps (and some good ones!).

Ill actually start with the maps. Treyarch have this funny idea in their heads that Call of Duty maps are just flat boards with blocks on them. Some of these blocks may be a slightly propped sniper perch, others may just be a broken down car with an invisible wall around it preventing you from climbing it. One of my biggest complaints about Call of Duty maps, especially Treyarch ones, is the use of scenery as simply scenery, and not as obstacles that can be mantled, climbed, jumped on and T-bagged. Ghosts has done a far better job at this than I expected. There are still the map boundaries that look-climbable-but-arent problems, but most of the maps objects are all climbable, which is great! My best example is Stonehaven. This map is a broken castle, which has ruined walls and rubble littered all around it. The majority of this is completely climbable, which leads to some great flanking routes. This kind of design makes the maps feel more like the actual environments they are set in, and less like disguised flat boxes. Ghosts also succeeds in making the maps far less linear, and much more vertical. This is daunting to get used to at first, but like most multiplayer games, learning the maps is an important part of learning the game, and I found myself knowing the vantage points and how to get to them quite quickly.

The new perk system, while extremely confusing, leads for a lot of customisation. Instead of working off a point system for the entire class, your spare points from sacrificing equipment and weapons are used for only your perks. There are more perks in Ghosts than in any other Call of Duty to date, and some of the new ones are extremely interesting (such as the reloading while sprinting perk). Old favourites like Marathon make a full comeback (much to my own delight), along with several other playstyle orientated perk. So if you like to run and gun like myself, you'll love the new perk system. Unfortunately no Stinger missile is in this COD, which has become iconic in most CODs, and is a staple in the counter-killstreak weaponry. This makes taking down air based killstreaks a fair bit more difficult.

To sum it up, Ghosts multiplayer is a blast to play, and has plenty of progression elements to hook you in. The new engine adds more to the movability of your character, along with the improved map design. The only negatives I can provide are related to small things like the scoreboard being made worse. You cant even see your connection quality any more really? It seems as if Infinity Ward is taunting you. You're not lagging ,you're just bad at the game. Its also a shame that Theatre Mode does not make a return, but I'm assuming its due to performance restraints, along with partnership to Microsoft, and being a launch title on the Next-Gen consoles, which both have built in DVRs.

-Graphics-

Since the game is on the next gen consoles, i expected more from the graphics on the PS4 you have a nice 1080p game but the colors seem dull but on the Xbox One you have it at 720p but the colors alot more sharp and vibrant dint believe me check out a youtube video comparing them both

-RATING AND OPINION-

Single Player - 6/10
Storyline 6/10
Multiplayer 9/10
Graphics 8/10

Overall 8/10

This game is fun but the Single player is a let down compared to previous cod's but the improved multiplayer engine is great fun.

NOTES: Most of the information I put into this post was found through personal experience throughout the game, and on the developer site. Not going to review extinction mode as i despise it to much.

Title-FIFA 14
Developer-EA
Publisher-Electronic Arts
Platform-Pretty much everything, ever. Xbox 360 reviewed
Genre-Sports, Football simulation
Release Date-September 27, 2013

FIFA is an annual game that comes out every year, with a huge fanbase leaves EA not much room for experimentation, hope you enjoy my review

FIFA 14 IS THE encapsulation of annual game franchises in general: its the best game of the series so far, and there are improvements on last years effort, but nothing is particularly ground-breaking. That makes it an easy recommendation for newcomers, however it is still worthwhile even for those that own FIFA 13, because so many hours can be sunk into the game.

This year's first improvement is obvious the moment the game starts. An overhauled, tiled UI makes a good first impression and a drastic difference in menu-heavy modes such as Ultimate Team. In-game, what sticks out is a slightly slower pace. This is thanks to a new shielding mechanic that gives stronger players an advantage on the ball, but also something EA is calling Precision Movement.

Body shielding previously only available from standstill and using multiple buttons is now possible regardless of player velocity by simply holding the left trigger, and proves equally useful when wanting to protect the ball on both offense and defence. Precision Movement is FIFAs new locomotion animation system, and it has players shift their weight in a far more realistic manner, and alter their stride fluidly while moving.

The biggest effect this has on gameplay is that players are slower off the mark, but players will quickly adjust. Also, its now possible to turn at a much sharper angle while sprinting, but momentum is preserved so on-the-dime about-face manoeuvres simply arent possible.

FIFA 14's new Pure Shot mechanic works in tandem with Precision Movement in that players no longer skate or awkwardly hop-step in to the correct stride to take a shot, but instead correct their stride earlier for a much more natural strike. The mechanics biggest effect is the ability it grants players to modify an attempt on goal by adding a last-minute dip, rise, or curl to a shot, for example.

On the other end of the park, defenders mark their man in a much tighter fashion and arent as prone to ball following, but after prolonged play of arch-rival Pro Evolution Soccer 2014, FIFAs insistence that the ball be in someones possession lest it suffer some form of separation anxiety feels unnatural, and as usual that reflects in the quality of its passing game. Players are also too eager to eat the turf after minimal contact, but perhaps thats some kind of meta commentary on the state of the Beautiful Game.

Speaking of beautiful, while the new animations are exactly that, FIFA's overall graphics remain unchanged, although to be fair on next-gen consoles it will be a different kettle of fish thanks to EAs new Ignite Engine.

Offline, Career Mode has been tweaked thanks to a new scouting system, which has the player enlist six scouts of varying abilities to either find the next superstar, or scope a current one so a realistic offer can be made. This adds drama to the games transfer system, but a players morale still doesnt affect his on-pitch performance, and a lot of small fish seem to think theyre indispensable, so retaining players is never a particularly large concern. Its also easy to keep star players on the pitch as fatigue doesnt factor in across games regardless of how punishing a schedule is, so the need for a deep roster is negated.

Online, FIFA continues to widen its already-substantial lead on the competition. This year there is a new co-op Seasons mode to complement the swathe of heavily-customisable options already available, but the biggest draw remains EAs fantastic Ultimate Team mode. There, player and formation cards have been substituted out in favour of Chemistry Styles, consumable cards that may be purchased or drawn from the pack that allow a class to be assigned to each player that will permanently affect their stats at least until a different style card is applied to that player.

Player stats improved in previous games of course, but this new system allows the pinpointing of certain attributes rather than across-the-board stat increases, giving the user greater control. Even managers have a chemistry stat this time around, and a player loyalty stat rewards pitch time as well as the purchase of rather than the winning of players. There are 24 Chemistry styles in all (five of which are goalie-specific) and the maximum individual chemistry stat for an individual has been raised from nine to 10. This kind of granular control will appeal to veterans but isn't so mindboggling that it shuts out rookies, and it's nice to see that EA didn't sleep on its best mode.

FIFA on handheld has long been a simple reskin, whereas the console versions over the past handful of years have tended to each contain slight improvements on an already winning formula. That makes the question on every console-owning football fan's lips, "Is it worth the money this year?" The answer this time around is still a yes, although those who have a next-gen console locked in may wish to exercise some patience
