yeh and its also gonna be a better tuned more advanced engine then an old american pick up engine (not saying they are bad cos there not)

You guys are such a joke, i'm comparing a more or less bone stock pickup truck to a essentially bone stock civic or anything type of 'ricer' that just has a fart can exhaust that you can fit you head in.

Don't even try to compare a "well tuned impreza" to a bone stock truck. There's 1200hp Silverado's out on the road lmao, check youtube.

you have a lq9? if you do that's awesome it is basically the same block as ls2. The only difference is that the lq9 is cast iron and the ls block is full aluminum i would recommend getting the ls head for you truck (thats if you have the 05+ lq9) and you should see the range of 390 horsepower which is pretty close to a ls2 because they are practically the same engine!

I might cam it and put ls3 heads on it once I get the money. Seen similar concepts that make close to 540hp. Finally someone here that speaks my language

There are 1000hp sti's on the road too. I believe your stock truck. Look at the syclone or the ram srt-10
