Synopsis
Happy Wars is a multi-player action game that pits different comic-style characters againste each other in over-the-top combat arenas. Taking place in a variety of fantasy battlefields including grasslands, a dark world, and the ocean floor, players can control any of the 3 types of characters: warrior, mage, and cleric.

Gameplay- 10

Happy Wars is very fun game that has lots of action and competition. You start at your own castle and build towers to spawn at after you have died. As you defend your towers, you can push on to your enemies towers and try to achieve something big by destroying the Big Tower in the enemy castle.

I can see many players in the future of the game when it comes out of it's Beta and becomes a game available to the public.

As you play through the game you collect armor, Happy Stars (Which allow you to spin a wheel to win a prize of armor, weapons, helmets, accesorries, and shields.), and gain levels. In each match you start at Level 1 and level up for that match to the highest level of 5. By leveling up you can optain special skills for each level.


Campaign- 7

The campaign is very fun and challenging. The objective of the campaign is to recue the Princess with you 5 Man Army. The only downfall of the campaign, probably because it's in it's Beta Phase, is that you have to level up in multi-player to play each level. For Example: To play the second set of levels you have to level 6 and the third set level 11. Although many people like to play multi-player it would be nice to just play the campaign.


Multi-Player- 9

The multi-player experience is amazing! Although it is hard to get to the highest level of 50, you have a awesome time on the way there! You can customize your characters with thousands of choices of armor, shields, weapons, accessories, and helmets. A bonus is that every 90 minutes there is something called Hot Time. Hot Time is when you have the chance to get 25% more Happy Stars! One of the downfalls, probably because it's in Beta, is that it is hard to connect to a game while it's in progress.

Graphics- 10

As for the graphics, it is easily a perfect 10. Even though it doesn't look too sharp, it was ment for a cartoon look and feel, similar to Minecraft. The graphics are easily a perfect 10 for the cartoon look.

Controls- 8

The controls are pretty simple. The only challenges of the controls are the LB and RB controls. For LB you have to hold and press a button (Y,A,B) to choose a different skill in the middle of battle. For RB you can give an order or talk to your teammates by holding it down and using the Left Stick to choose it.
