Plague Inc.

Release Date: iOS: May 26, 2012 | Android: October 4, 2012
Developers: Ndemic Creations
Publishers: Ndemic Creations
Platforms: iOS, Android
Genre: Strategy
Players: 1
Rating: 14+

Plot:

Players try to create a disease that evolves and strengthens quietly, spreading from country to country infecting, then killing, all humans. That evolution takes place by slowly strengthening the virus, fungus, or bio-weapon, adding symptoms and giving it defenses against cold, water, and the like. Players get points to upgrade their virus by "popping" bubbles that appear on screen as the virus spreads. Once doctors become aware of the problem, they'll work on a vaccine; then it becomes a race to kill the human race before there's a cure.

Gameplay:

Playing this game begins as something very simple. Starting the game, you chose a beginning country to infect with your disease. Once chosen, that country will have 1 infected individual. As time flies (there is a date tracker in the top right corner of the screen), more people become infected, once you reach a certain number infected or the disease enters a new country, a bubble will pop up. Once you tap this bubble it will give you DNA points, you use these points to customize your infection to make it more infectious, severe, and lethal. The goal is to kill all of the Earth's population, so as you can imagine, the game takes a while to complete. Luckily, there is a way to speed up time in the game. This game can become very challenging at times. Once you use a type of plague to kill of humanity, you unlock the next plague, which is genetically designed for different things, such as being more infectious, severe, or lethal. But remember, killing humanity is not all that easy. Scientists develop a cure rapidly, as the plague becomes more lethal, more money is given to research, which becomes a huge hassle to try and halt by developing the DNA of the plague further and further. You can also devolve DNA strands, losing it's infectiousness, severity, or lethality. Country climate, demographics, and concentration of population also affect the spread of the plague. You must be very clever to win, the game requires strategy.

Graphics:

The graphics for this game are pretty good, the world map is clear with the countries and borders defined well. No fuzziness or blur for the most part. Shapes and text are well defined and charming to the eye. Vehicle graphics, such as airplanes and ships, are just blimps on the map, offering no charm to the game. Otherwise, decent job on graphics, not much to delve into for the developers.

Controls:

The controls for this game are pretty simple, it'll take a few random taps to start to understand what each button means, but it is a quick game to learn. Simplistic in design but with a lot to offer. You have the ability to see the percentage of a country's population that is healthy and sick by simply tapping on that country. You can also do the same for the entire world's population. You can pause and speed up time, allowing you a break to do something else and come back or speed up to play more in a time frame. Overall, not many controls, but they work.

Interesting:

While the game is starting and only a small population of the world is infected, a news bar at the top of the screen will show world news, such as sporting events, political happenings, and random others. As the game progresses, these events can sway the impact of your disease, such as the London Olympics greatly increasing the number infected. Also, at points, news will show in a pop up box talking about critical news around the world, including the severity of your disease.

Ratings:

Plot: 9/10
Gameplay: 8/10
Graphics: 7/10
Controls: 7/10
Overall: 7.75 (8)/10

[size=10]]My Review on Crysis 3

you know , my opinion is that crysis is better than
crysis 2

and crysis 2 is better than CRYSIS 3.

all that is done in crysis 3 is:

1.a huge Graphic

2.removing leaning from the cover

3.removing a brief compare between the weapon in your hand and the one on the ground

4.adding a bow (that made the Crysis 3 too easy)

5.removing the ability to have a jaw and a C4 (i think was the name) at the same time.

Release Date: May 9, 2012
Developers: 4J Studios, Mojang
Publishers: Mojang
Platforms: Xbox 360
Genre: Sandbox, Survival, Adventure
Players: Single Player, Multiplayer
Rating (ESRB): E (Everyone)

Synopsis

Imagine it, build it! Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition lets you create worlds from the comfort of your sofa. Play alone or play with your friends. Explore, build and conquer! At night monsters come out, so make sure to build a shelter before that happens. After that, your world is your imagination. Turn your hours into minutes with Minecraft!

Gameplay

Minecraft is where your imagination takes control. You can build whatever you desire! Either play in survival were you you have to stay alive day and night from mobs or switch to creative mode where you can build anything you want with unlimited supply of every item in the game!
Rate: 9/10

Graphics

Minecraft on the PC and Xbox have almost identical graphics, in my opinion graphics on the PC/Mac version are way more better. On the Xbox version textures look more clean and smooth and on the Xbox version it looks rough and too cartoon-ish. Also on the PC/Mac version you are able to use texture packs, Mojang announced that they will be adding texture packs to the Xbox edition in the future!
Rate:7/10

Controls

At first the controls were really frustrating because i've been use to CoD layout. After building for a while, I got the hang of it real quick. One control I wish they can make better is the X button to when you want to move items in you inventory. I still feel it slow.
Rate:7/10

My Overall Thoughts on Minecraft: Xbox Edition

I have played Minecraft for about a year and half now. I have loved it ever since. When I heard that it was being released on Xbox I was so excited. Sadly I was disappointed by it and how it was in the really early updates. I really hope Mojang release more updates sooner and faster.

Unfortunately, that game has already been reviewed Here.

You should check out this thread next time to see which games have already been reviewed or not. You could still review those games but just make them as a reply since it won't get accepted as a thread.

Gameplay
The career gameplay takes you through a few seasons of racing, the gameplay is not only loveable for car enthusiast gamers but also toughs that like a bit of action and fun. The gameplay is quite long but very enjoyable. As you level up and complete races you earn money, used to buy new cars or tune the ones you already have. Your level, money and cars all carry though to your multiplayer experiences.

On the multiplayer side of things you can race from 2-16 players online or create a private lobby and have some fun with up to 16 of your friends or other players.

Forza is know for its great graphics and physics.
Forza is the best car game for the gamers on the Xbox 360. Forza has the best graphics for car games on the 360, it also has the most realistic physics for a racing game. You can switch your camera view from a 3rd person perspective to an amazing detailed cockpit view.
