I don't care if I get flamed for saying this but, CoD shouldn't be the winner, just because many people voting for said game haven't played anything else. There are too many fanboys who refuse to play any other game. But, it should be up to the community to pick. Either way Far Cry 3 earned my vote. But it was an incredibly tough choice between Borderlands, Walking Dead, Assassin's Creed 3.

All these are mainly biased votes. Everyone just LOOOOOVVVVEEESSS CoD just cause they have been playing it so long. I honestly think out of all these games(most of them I have played) the walking dead should win. Just my opinion tho.

Id say black ops 2,this game is way better than i expected it to be.

I'v played CoD for years and can honestly say Blops II is garbage. Biggest let down of the year for me.

I agree black ops 2 doesn't deserve anything close to game of year .... It has way to many glitches for a game being only 3-4 months old but I guess it is a cod so it will win.... My guess is that it will be the last time we will see a cod win any such award though..
