The Dunu DN-12 sounds right for you. They're built well, but something like the Vsonic GR06 has your name on it if you want durability. You wear that over the ear, though.

Should cater to your bassy genres very well. They're nice to look at, durable, and portable.

If you can deal with open, the Grado SR60i is fantastic for your genres.

No clue. Maybe. They've been hyped up by Head-Fi, but Head-Fi hype typically means jack. The craptastic M50 and RX700 were lauded by many for example
