NOTE: If it's not working / incompatible, that's usually because you don't have the same version of the game, this save was used on the RESIDENT EVIL 2: Deluxe Edition + 9 DLCs release.
Just extract the files to
/Users/Public/Documents/Steam/CODEX/
NOTE: Back up your files before copying this save file. It is Resident Evil 2 Deluxe Version +9 DLC.
This save file contains the following:
- All records unlocked 87/87
- All concept art unlocked 30/30
- All models unlocked 76/76
- All costumes unlocked
- Infinite Combat Knife unlocked in inventory box
- Infinite Samurai Edge pistol unlocked in inventory box
- Infinite LE5 SMG unlocked in inventory box
- Infinite AT4 rocket launcher unlocked in inventory box
- Infinite Minigun unlocked in inventory box
- All extra modes unlocked (2nd run, 4th survivor, all 5 Tofu modes)

Tried it with the latest repack from FitGirl, sadly it's not compatible.
The one from this link works I think but it's set in Russian text by default:

I have W10 Codex (fitgirl repack) and it's incompatible...

I think its not full save,may be there not enough something,even repack from fitgirl(Deluxe edition and +9DLC) cant accept it.
