Because a lot of people have been asking for it, homebrew developer Albandu51 finally got around to add an English language support feature for the PlayStation Portable homebrew app Pxl_Installer. Version 1.1 also includes some bug fixes, as well as more custom themes to decorate your handheld with. For those of you not familiar with the app, Pxl_Installer essentially allows you to download and install both official and unofficial themes into you PSP via Wi-Fi connection. In addition, updates are automatically installed every time you connect to the 'Net using this program.
