Compared to the official source code on GitHub, this version is slightly tweaked for the convenience of Windows users (version information in file properties)
I strongly recommend all users to review the built-in help and the changelog, especially for people who haven't used it since the bootroms/sighax revolution (for instance, you will need to pass "-ignoresign" to makerom if you really want to build a CIA out of unsigned NCCHs; and retail titles can be decrypted directly on PC, without using D9 or GM9)
