This is the client software for the original XG Flash GBA flashcart.
After connecting a linking device to the computer via USB you are able to use this program to backup legitimate GBA cartridges, saves from said cartridges and program/burn ROM images onto an XG Flash cartridge.
As far as I'm aware, this program only works on Windows 98, 2000 and XP.
