This tool is used to resign the checksums on the XBLA game "Outrun Online Arcade".
How To Use:
1) Extract the savedata from the gamesave.
2) Drag'n'drop the savedata onto this program.
3) The file's checksums will be repaired.
4) Replace the savedata in the gamesave.
5) Rehash and Resign the gamesave before use.
