There's system data and save data. Save data itself contains 48 saves which will get mapped out once you get to load screen in the game itself.

And here are instructions on how to obtain the trophies. Note that they're listed in the same order as they appear within Trophies tab of your XMB.

1. Hidden / Platinum
2. Start a new game
3. During dialogue press Triangle
4. Go to config and change any option
5. Go to TIPS and check any tip
6. Go to TIPS and check all tips
7. hidden - check TIPS 39~51
8. hidden - check TIPS 95
9. hidden - check TIPS 68
10. Get 25% cgs - as you play through the story, you'll eventually run over an image which will pop this
11. Get 50% cgs - as you play through the story, you'll eventually run over an image which will pop this
12. Get 75% cgs - as you play through the story, you'll eventually run over an image which will pop this
13. Get 100% cgs - as you play through the story, you'll eventually run over an image which will pop this
14. hidden - complete chapter 1 / load save 18, pick first choice, hold R2
15. hidden - complete chapter 2 / load save 26, pick whatever and hold R2
16. hidden - complete chapter 3 / load save 27, pick whatever and hold R2
17. hidden - complete chapter 4 / load save 34, pick second option, hold R2
18. hidden - complete chapter 5 / load save 47, choose second option, then second option again, hold R2
19. hidden - complete extra / continue holding R2 after obtaining previous trophy
20. Bad end trophy / load save 17, and pick second choice
21. Auto-gain at start of CH4 / load save 27 and hold R2
22. Access music
23. Access gallery
24. Listen to everybody in Freetalk to the end / WAIT until they stop talking

There you go. Easy platty to add to your trophy count.
