To install, you must have horizon or modio or anything that can help mod xbox 360 save games:
First, download the .rar file.
Then, extract the save file.
Insert your USB and open Horizon. If it's your first time, you MUST put the profile you will use the save on in your USB.
Press " Inject New File", and find where you downloaded the file.
Then, Horizon will ask for what profile to use. Select yours.
Finally, transfer the file from the USB to your Xbox.
Launch GTA IV and enjoy!

noobmodder420 Didnt work for me. This is my first try with GTA 4. I mod on WaW just fine.

this broke my gta iv that i had off games on demand will deleting the game and reinstalling it fix the problem and I deleted the saves as well
