Notice:

First go into game world then once money can be seen on screen activate money cheat, Stats and Needs cheat

First build a warehouse and place resources in it, Then build something and wait for workers to take out 1 resource at least from the warehouse then activate Warehouse resources cheat and now you can use as much resources as you wish and they won't decrease in warehouse.
