Just resign the saves using Xploder or [PS3] Save Resigner (or you can possibly be able just to overwrite the MAINSAVE.BSG but not sure)
Each save is loaded by where the trophy will be at or close to them and each save also has instructions within there correct save folder. This will not get you 100% as there are online trophies as well but will get you everything you will need for single player. You will need winrar or something similar to open .rar files
