This is the save that has everything unlocked. There are 2 saves, one is an NG+(001) if you want to go for achievements while the other(002) starts at the first store so you can get to the good stuff right away. You'll get:
-All 11 suits no dlc(elite, advanced, arctic)
-all weapons including the finger aka hand cannon
-Max health and stasis
-Tons of med packs, ammo etc.

It didnt work, put the saves with horizon in usb , then try to load them and there are no saves...
