Here you go its about an hour early till the military arrives. Have weapons to kill some time and orange juice =D
Go to the roof at 9:00AM and after the cutscene the achievement should pop up.
In order to get the Prestigious PP achievement use the pitchfork combines with the shotgun and hold X to a zombie and BAM!
