Item description:
his is a save at Washburne Refinery. Level 50 modded Siren (Originally Maya Orange) - Changed a few things.
Has a few Legendary and Seraph items.
The boss drop is similar to the black market seraph items.(If you are lucky in a way...)
I personally did not get any legendary items from him.
BL2 DLC required:
Hyperius Farming - takes 5 minutes to get there and kill him.(Depending on who the 2nd character is that kills him)
He drops a Norfleet Rocketlauncher - confirmed
It dropped in a my game yesterday. Obviously, there is a low chance but it does drop.
