These saves will unlock the Achievements for Beating Each chapter in the story mode
Just Resign the saves and put them on your MU/HDD (can only have 10 saves)
Each folder contains no more than 10 so you can move each Chapter to you MU and do it all in 1 go
Load the saves one after the other press X on the symbol and the lvl should end or fire a few more shots at the bosses
After you complete each lvl the Ach should pop
+ there is a Dukes Mighty foot save in there some where but i have lost it
there should be 5 tiny enemys in front so just squish them and reload untill you get it
