Be warned:

There are two savegames. First with 999999 blood echoes and absolutely nothing more. Would be okay If the Doll wasn't asleep and the need to aqcuire a madman's knowledge to wake her up to be able to spend the effin blood echoes. The only way to do so is rush to the sewers to get the item, die in the process, try to recover the blood echoes, die in the process again, quit the game, delete the save from the system because of the loss of ALL the effin blood echoes, copy the save again, resign again, launch the game again, load the save again, rush to the sewers again, die again, try to recover again, die again, lose the blood echoes again. Rinse and repeat all this process till you finally be able to return to hunter's dream with the effin madman's knowledge and finally be able to wake the effin Doll and finally be able to spend the effin blood echoes and finally be able to raise the effin stats. In my case I Just rinse and repeated the whole process described above six times. Then, I exported the effin save at this point to upload here and finally make things easy properly for everybody as a modded save should.
